Our team at Cedar Park Vision is dedicated to providing each patient with the highest quality of vision care and to resolve vision conditions to the very best of our professional ability. We will maximize patient education, allowing each patient to understand their vision and eye health. Our patients are the heart of our practice, and the reason we are here! We strive to grow and promote continued excellence through doctor and staff continuing education while utilizing state-of-the-art instrumentation and procedures. Our patient’s visual needs and wellness are our top priority and every decision we make is directed towards this goal, while providing a relaxing and cheerful experience.

Dr. Kimberly Wampler grew up in Dallas and received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of North Texas. She then went on to graduate from the University of Houston College of Optometry with a Doctor of Optometry degree. She is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and has completed the Optometric Glaucoma Specialist certification. Her concentrations include specialty contact lenses, Ortho-K, dry eye treatment, retinal health and myopia management.
Dr. Wampler spent 7 years as an optometric assistance in Dallas, Texas while working towards the goal of becoming an optometrist. Dr. Wampler is on the Board of Trustees for the Texas Optometric Association and for Elevate Digital Optics digital lab. She is also the Austin leader for Young ODs of America.
She is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Central Texas Optometric Society, American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control and is an active partner of the Cedar Park Regional Medical Center Healthy Women network. Dr. Wampler was also a nominee & finalist for the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce 2012 Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Outside the office, Dr. Wampler spends time with her 15 year old son, Cole, 19 year old daughter Alexis, and husband, Dr. Jeff Wineinger. She enjoys mountain biking, dirt biking, scuba diving (with sharks!), gym fitness, traveling, and is a total foodie! !

Dr. Wineinger has been involved with eye care almost all his life. He grew up in Cuero, TX and worked at his father’s eye clinic throughout junior high and high school. Dr. Wineinger received his Doctorate of Optometry at the University of Houston, College of Optometry and has a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Texas A&M in College Station. He is trained in the specialties of Corneal Disease and Glaucoma Management.
In addition to performing comprehensive eye exams, Dr. Jeff Wineinger specializes in therapeutic treatment and management of ocular diseases and injuries, as well as LASIK co-management. He also prescribes specialty contact lenses, particularly for astigmatism, bifocals, and corneal disease. Dr. Wineinger is a member of American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, Central Texas Optometric Society, and the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Wineinger started working at Cedar Park Vision Center in 2006, a practice that has been serving the community for over 30 years. He and Dr. Wampler purchased the practice a year later and have enjoyed providing care to our wonderful patients. Cedar Park Vision Center has a reputation for advanced technology and quality patient care, as Dr. Wineinger strives to excel in these areas. He and Dr. Wampler have assembled a great team of experts to help provide a great eye care experience for you and your family.
When not working, Dr. Wineinger spends as much time as possible with his family, Alexis, Cole, and his wonderful wife Kim. He also enjoys adventurous activities such as travel, mountain biking, dirt biking, trying new food, and spending time with friends.

Aslyne is married with one son, Jayden. Aslyne has a strong passion for all things children! Her interests include hanging out with her family and her miniature dachshund, Sadie. Aslyne has over 20 years of optical experience and is an expert at choosing the right frame for your face. She has been with Cedar Park Vision for 11 years and would love a chance to help you with your eye wear needs! Her smile and sincere desire to help you look your best will create an atmosphere where frame and lens selection is FUN!

Lisa is a native Texan with 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren. She has been in the field for 20 years. Lisa has worked as an optician, clinic director, office manager and currently as an insurance specialist. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, crafting & exploring the beaches of Mexico! Currently she is renovating a house and is looking forward to new adventures ahead!

Koby is an optician with over 17 years of optical knowledge. With his laid back attitude and modern sense of fashion, he not only will help you see your best, but show you the fun and stylish side of eyewear. Koby ensures that your glasses not only meet your expectations, but exceed them with his extreme attention to detail. As a native austinite, Koby enjoys everything outdoors-live music, mountain biking, hiking, and traveling to various destinations.
Raelyn has been an optician for 7 years and loves every part of her job. Originally from Minnesota, her and her husband moved to Lago Vista in December of 2022. When she’s not at work, she enjoys spending time with her pets, working out and checking out different BBQ places and breweries that Austin has to offer!
Our moonlighting tech, Taylor, was encouraged to go to Optometry School by Dr. Kim Wampler. Our future 2024 University of Houston College of Optometry grad will join the practice as an O.D. once licensed! 😀
Tasha is part of our communications and insurance team. She has lived in Austin her whole life. She loves animals, is passionate about music and going to live EDM shows, and loves watching movies, hula hooping , drawing and fitness
Laura is one of our newer technicians at Cedar Park Vision. She has lived in Cedar Park for 25 years, and is empathetic and passionate about helping others with their vision. In her free time, Laura likes to drink tea, read English literature, edit YouTube videos, take care of her cat named Muffin, watch Disney films, and play old arcade games with friends.
Talia is a third generation Texan with a great love of animals, outdoors and hunting/ fishing. She received her bachelor’s of science in Biology at University of Texas at Arlington and recently graduated from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry. She is currently a doctor in training and studying for her Board exams to receive her Optometry degree. She loves spending time with her cat and fiancé. Very laid back and will make you feel comfortable and reassured if you have any eye questions or concerns.
Emily has a passion for helping others and a love for all things nostalgic. Her spirit is as strong as the wrestlers she watches and her energy is as big as the clowns she collects. She loves vintage shopping and watching classic movies like The Princess Diaries. She’s always interested in getting to know every patient that walks in and guarantees you’ll start and end your visit on a happy note!
Maegan is one of our receptionists at the front desk. Shehas a degree in Culinary Arts, specializing in baking and pastry. She loves to cook and loves dogs. When she is not cooking and working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. You can count on good vibes when you come in and talk to her!
Risa is our lead technician, is a newer addition to the CPV family. She loves being a member of the healthcare team and is a passionate patient advocate. In her free time she enjoys gardening and studying all things optometry.
